Luminous, creamy, and steeped in jasmine, Love in Rome is a Gourmand–Floral Extrait de Parfum inspired by Valentino Donna Born in Roma. Black currant and pink pepper sparkle over a triple layer of jasmine, sinking into a warm base of vanilla and guaiac wood — romantic, vibrant, and chic.

The fragrance opens with black currant, pink pepper, and bergamot, a bright, tangy lift. At the heart, jasmine sambac, jasmine, and jasmine tea unfold into a radiant, sweetly floral glow. As it settles, vanilla, cashmere, and guaiac wood wrap it all in a creamy, sun-warmed finish.

    A pretty close comparison.

    My honest review after wearing Born in Roma on one wrist and Love in Rome on the other:

    They are very similar. Not sure I'd be able to pinpoint the difference if I didn't have them both. I feel less guilty spraying the Oakcha more often because of the lower cost. I was impressed that the bottle is ceramic and it arrived in 3 days in California. The original smells slightly more floral with more of a baby powder-like scent, where as the Love in Rome is a tiny bit more fruity and sometimes I swear it has a small hind of a suntan spray scent. The Oakcha lasts throughout the day. Overall, a great dupe and I'll be using it over the Summer.
